Delivery - During Corona virus outbreak
Unfortunately as of 3pm Thursday 19th March we will not be abe to offer next day delivery on orders.
Delivery will take 2-3 working days depending on Royal Mail.
No signatures will be taken by Royal Mail to help prevent any spreading of germs.
Delivery dates are approximate. Delivery shall be deemed to take place on the date of the first attempt at delivery to the customer's premises or other place specified for delivery.
The delivery rate is automatically calculated and displayed when you enter your delivery address and postcode at the checkout stage
Royal Mail and parcel carriers are used to make deliveries. They will not call to arrange delivery and will leave a card if you are not at home. You will need to contact them to arrange completion of the delivery, or collection from their depot, your local post office or Royal Mail sorting office.
Next day delivery can be arranged for an extra charge of £12.00. This service is only available for weekday delivery. We can offer Saturday delivery for an extra fee, please call us to arrange this.
All orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day, except for multiple orders which may be despatched the following day, if a carrier is used
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery, if no adult is present at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by the driver. Delivery is to the threshold of Customer's premises, which shall be deemed to be Goods Inwards or in the absence of this the Main reception of the Customer at the specified delivery address.
You may also collect your order from Paul Martyn Furniture, at Heart of the Country Shopping Village, Swinfen, Lichfield, WS14 9QR, by prior arrangement. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
Claims and Returns
Customer must notify Us in writing within 3 weekdays of delivery of any discrepancy between goods supplied and noted on the enclosed delivery note, or of any damaged goods. Returns may only be made with prior written consent from us. Returns for goods ordered in error must be notified to us within 10 weekdays of delivery. We will not accept any returns or claims if the models have been played with, as these are meant for display and are not toys.
Any costs incurred in returning items are payable by the customer. Bespoke and customer special orders cannot be returned.
Invoice queries must be raised in writing within 10 days of the date of invoice. Claims may be made either through the Website, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
